I think this letter has a lot of potential to be my final project. I had some reservations about how I would go about it, but once I was able to see it physically typed on paper, I realized how excited I was to see where it could go. Being able to paint a picture of where and when I started watching Shameless to how I feel about the show now is really cool for me to see. 

           It’s a bit hard to say what specifically I would be writing in the rest of the letter, but I have a broader idea of what kind of picture I want to paint. I also want to ground the letter in the fact that I am a writer, too. I understand them in a way that not all people might. In writing the sample, I felt as though I was really encompassing what I wanted to say in my 125 paper: a thank you to the writers of a television show who are changing people’s lives for the better. I know for sure that the world is filled with endless possibilities for things to write about, and it’s hard to pick the one that might not be the most interesting to the viewers. I’m just glad they made the right decision.
